Import Medical Devices Urgently Needed in Hainan Free Trade Port

On June 10, 2020, Hainan government released the notice about an Administrative Regulation for Import Medical Devices Urgently Needed in Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, Hainan Free Trade Port. This Regulation provides specifications in the following aspects, such as for medical institutions, medical teams or departments, application process, required dossiers, local NMPA, customs, etc.
